We had to make a google drawing all about ourselves. I learnt to not make my background so colourful. I think I did a really good job. Here is my all about me hope you like it.
Explorers Here we are the first Summer Learning, for this one we had to list ten foods that would be good for us to take if we went on an ocean voyage. You also had to say why you would take that food with you. You weren't allowed a freezer or fridge to keep things cold. Here is what I would take with me. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KtgkS_bBgkRkeoO_WOh9HObkg12y8CxAe0ps66P7dcQ/edit?folder=0AG7TyZZydgLPUk9PVA Discovering Aotearoa For this activity we had to think about our experiences and cultural background. Against the odds Hi bloggers welcome back to the summer learning journey, for todays activity we had to say three things that are really important to us. - Family My family is very important to me because they are always by my side. Als when I say family it includes my cats because they are very important to me. - Environment The environment is very important to me because it makes lots of things that I can do and without the environment there owuld be nothing and no trees so no oxegen or no climbing them - Friends My friends are very important because the keep me company and they make my days a lot brighter. They also make me happy whenever I am feeling down. Swimming to Saftey For this activity we had to listen to a podcast or read a website about a girl named Yusra. This is my painting Hi bloggers in week seven we made a art piece of a native or endemic animal to New Zealand. This is a fairy tern filled with squares then split it into triangles. The materials that I used were: acrylic paint coloured paint art brushes paper sketching pencils These are the steps we did: first we got our piece of paper and painted it with white acrylic paint and then let it dry. Second we went on our Chromebook and chose the photo that we wanted of the animal and put the photo that we wanted on to a google doc and traced it. Third we printed the google drawing out in a larger form then traced it on a larger piece of paper. Once we had traced it onto the piece of paper we drew geometric shapes on to our animal. Then we painted in our shapes to finish. Probably one thing that I liked was the colours that I used. If I could change something I would make...
