Hi bloggers, a couple of days ago we made food diaries which helps find out how much sugar we are having a day. I found out that the daily amount we should take are 6 teaspoons. I also found out that I had 8 teaspoons on Tuesday, but half of the teaspoons were natural sugars which come from fruit which doesn't count so I basically had about 4 teaspoons of natural sugar and 4 teaspoons of normal sugar. We had to make a google drawing about the most unhealthy thing on our food diary. The  unhealthiest thing on my food diary was Whittakers Dark Ghana peppermint which has about 5 grams of sugar that is about a whole teaspoon. I also found out that there are some teenagers that have around 30 teaspoons in ONE day! That's all from me, blog you later!
